What is included?
Each product page lists its sheet and envelope quantities. Sheets are A5 (148 × 210 mm); envelopes are C6 (114 × 162 mm). Fold the sheet once to fit. Props are not included.
Can I choose a writing layout?
Yes. Choose Ruled or Unruled before adding a set to your bag. No personalisation service is included.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping on all eligible U.S. orders. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; not a delivery guarantee. We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to overseas territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
How does the cut-off work?
The cut-off is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight-saving adjustment. Orders before 19:00 on a business day use that day as the handling starting day. Orders at or after 19:00, on weekends or U.S. federal holidays start on the next business day.
Can I return my set?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary returns must be unused, unwritten, complete and in original packaging. Opening the outer packaging to inspect the product does not itself prevent a return. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately. Contact us for authorisation and instructions before returning.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for returns caused by our error, damage or defects. For a change of mind, the customer pays. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
